Today a lady asked about my locket
I told her a bit about Dillon and explained he was at boot camp. She told me I was “Brave”.
Which made me smile so I thanked her but I disagreed explaining “There is nothing brave about waiting on someone you know is worth it. That’s just common sense.”
Made my day. ♥

Writing letters
Has gotten so much easier, I’m managing to send one everyday/every other day. After Dillon called and requested I write more I totally have stepped up my game. I think getting started is the hard part for me, that and I REALLY don’t do anything that exciting haha. I will say that I LOVE getting them. Researching tattoo shops in Chicago
So Dillon and his brother Sean can get tattooed together when we go up.
I am finding the sweetest shops and artists, Chicago has some wildly good talent, and I am excited to find only the BEST for my babes.
This is making me want to spend my tax return on some new ink. BUT! The money is for a car and a possible move, so I will do my best to resist.

Yes! I got a phone call today from Dillon, we got to talk for exactly 7 minutes and 3 seconds.
I was totally groggy when I heard my phone ringing this morning I rolled over and grabbed it and saw a number I did not recognize BUT it said “Chicago, Illinois” WELL I only know one person there and it happens to be Dillon.
